Faulty Item Received, What should i do?
If you receive a faulty item, just send us a picture of it to support@otterkart.com along with your order number. If the item deliver to you would be faulty or if withers off in the first wash, we'll send you a free reshipment. You don't have to send it back to us :) All we'd need would be a picture of the faulty item.
You haven't received product/shipment/order. What should you do?
Once your product has been picked up, you will receive it within the stipulated time as mentioned in the delivery SLAs for different courier partners.
The delivery SLA ranges from 48 hours to 7 days based on different shipping zones. It is also defined for the first attempt for the delivery of parcels.
Delivery SLA for different zones is mentioned below-
1.) Air
Zone A - Within City - 2 days
Zone B - Within State - 3 days
Zone C - Metro to Metro - 3 days
Zone D - Rest of India - 5 days
Zone E - Northeast and J&K - 7 days
2.) Surface
Zone A - Within City - 2 days
Zone B - Within State - 3 days
Zone C - Metro to Metro - 5 days
Zone D - Rest of India - 7 days
Zone E - Northeast and J&K - 9 days
In case your customer has still not received the order within the above mentioned time, it may be due to incorrect address/phone number or other reasons. We request you to kindly verify the customer details in the merchant panel.
We'd really appreciate if you wait for your order for a few more days. We'll always be there to assist you let you know about it's status. You'll have the tracking details too to keep a check on the status.
It gets very difficult for us to cancel the order after it leaves our factory. So once it leaves our factory, it will reach you :)

Wrong size received, What should i do?
If you've received the wrong size, please check the order you placed with us. We've seen in most of the cases that the wrong size if selected by our customers when they place the order. In cases like those, please contact support so that we can guide with the process of exchanges in this case.
If you ordered the right size, but still got the wrong one, we'll be more than happy to send you a free reshipment :) Just let us know with a picture of it and we'll be there to get it done for you.
All requests regarding the product/orders have to be raised within 7 days of delivery with proper images of the product along with its packaging.
I ordered by mistake/I'm no longer interested, What should i do?
The orders can't be cancelled after 24 hours of placing them. Because we usually ship them within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Will you have more designs, styles, and products often?
Yes, we will be releasing more styles and products weekly! Be sure to follow us on Twitter and enable notifications for sales and new arrivals!
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship Worldwide! If you want order to be fulfilled outside India, feel free to write us support@otterkart.com
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you place your order, there will be a 1-4 day processing period followed by a 7-18 day shipping period. In total, it can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to receive your items. Shipment times vary per order, please bare with us. Don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions regarding your shipment!
May I get a tracking number?
Yes, of course! All orders include tracking after the order is processed (1-4 days). Email: support@otterkart.com with your order number if you are missing a tracking number and we will send you one at our soonest convenience. Please note that the order number is not your tracking number.
Where can I track my order?
Orders can be tracked here by entering the right order details and email address.
Will you email me when my order is shipped out?
Yes! You will get a confirmation email after you have placed your order, and another when your order is dispatched.
How can I pay?
We currently accept all kind of payments COD, PayPal and credit & debit card payments! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.
What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@otterkart.com & we will change it to the correct address if it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
Taxes & Duties
We are responsible for taxes and duties, which we charge from customers at checkout time. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
